One year, replace first, ask later

What is covered

• Motors, batteries, charging ports and firmware faults
• Water ingress on products rated IPX6 or higher, used as described
• Premature wear on non-consumable parts — silicone casings, fountain pumps, collar webbing
• Anything that stops working the way the product page says it should

What is not covered

• Chewing damage beyond normal use — a dog that eats a wand has had a good day, but it is not a defect
• Consumables: feather heads, filters, bags, batteries after 400 cycles
• Water damage on products not rated for it
• Damage from third-party chargers above 5V/2A
• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches and fading

How to claim

Email warranty@getnovlo.com with your order number, the product name and a short description. A photo or 10-second video speeds things up considerably — most claims are approved on the first reply without a return.

Approved claims ship within 48 hours. You keep the faulty unit; we do not ask for it back under $60, because return freight costs more than the part.

Extended coverage

Registration is free and takes thirty seconds — the link is in your order confirmation. It doubles the hardware window and lets us contact you directly if a batch issue appears.

Repairs after warranty

We keep spare pumps, motors and battery packs for five years after a product is discontinued. Out-of-warranty repair is charged at parts cost plus $8 handling, which is usually under a third of the retail price.
