Four cookies, no advertising trackers. Here is exactly what each one does and how to turn it off.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| novlo_cart | Remembers the items in your cart between pages | Essential | 30 days |
| novlo_session | Keeps you logged in during checkout | Essential | Session |
| novlo_prefs | Remembers dismissed popups and currency choice | Functional | 12 months |
| _nv_an | Aggregated page views, truncated IP, no cross-site ID | Analytics | 14 months |
No Meta Pixel. No Google Ads remarketing. No TikTok pixel. No data brokers. If you see a Novlo ad after visiting us, it is because you searched for the category, not because we followed you.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled — without them the cart does not work. You can block the other two in your browser settings, or by using the toggle in the site footer. Blocking analytics has no effect on your shopping experience.
To clear what is already stored, open your browser's developer tools, go to Application → Cookies, and delete anything under getnovlo.com. Or simply clear site data for this domain.
We honour the DNT header. If your browser sends it, the analytics cookie is never set.
